  2. If your qualifications meet the job criteria, you will be contacted by the hiring manager to schedule an interview. Your interview could be either an individual or a group interview.
  3. If everything goes well, we may offer you a position.
  4. At this point, all new Associates must successfully pass a drug test as well as a criminal background check before getting to work.
